I've been wanting to start a blog forever. So finally, I have! Now maybe my wife will get off my back about why don't I ever blog so she can read my secret thoughts. Uh, baby, I'm a guy. I don't have secret thoughts about anything except Laetitia Casta, and ocassionally how I wish you weren't so irritable.

The wife gets very excited about buying toys "for the kids". Also my son, in his daily summary, usually has stories about Mommy playing Mr Potato Head, playdough, etc etc. So I'm not entirely buying that the kitchen is supposed to be for the boy. (Sorry, baby.) Anyway, she assures me that Melissa and Doug toys are awesome. And I'm ok with him having a play kitchen as long as it's not PINK. Why is the whole world pink these days?
Anyway, M&D, PLEASE send us this kitchen. I am not going to try to lure you with false promises of giving it to a charitable organization, daycare, church, or a family of homeless people. It's for my son and he wants one almost as much as he wants a parakeet. And when our kids outgrow it, we're saving it for our grandkids. So I hope we win!
